We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Phoenix, Arizona, dedicated to providing safe, stable, and supportive housing for men in transition. Our mission is to create a structured environment where individuals can rebuild their lives with dignity, accountability, and purpose.

Our Programs

Step One Halfway House provides safe, stable, and affordable transitional housing for men who have committed to living free from alcohol and drugs. Our goal is to maintain a respectful, structured living environment where each resident contributes to the upkeep and positive atmosphere of the home.
Step One Halfway House is a supportive housing community, not a licensed treatment provider. We do not offer clinical services or therapy. Residents are expected to remain alcohol- and drug-free during their stay and may be referred to outside resources when additional support is needed.
